A fourth-generation Lakeland, FL native, Aaron is uniquely positioned as the Business Development Director for USFPs Blue Sky West Business Incubator. He serves as Blue Sky’s voice in the Lakeland community and facilitates the identification and recruitment of potential client businesses. In addition he coordinates ongoing educational programs and events for Blue Sky West clients.
Aaron comes to USFP from the Lakeland Area Chamber of Commerce, where he served as Vice President of Communication. In his time there he lead the Chamber through aggressive visual branding integration and social media implementation campaigns.
An alum of USF Lakeland (now Polytechnic), Aaron was introduced to the Chamber through an internship with Dr. Marshall Goodman, where he served as a Student Coordinator on several projects the University undertook. While on campus he took the opportunity to develop his leadership skills and helped shape the student life that the campus community enjoys today: though his involvement in the Student Government Association in which he served as vice president, treasurer and started the student senate. He also helped found the Delta Sigma Pi national business fraternity chapter by serving as vice president.
Aaron is married to his beautiful wife Katie and together they have 3 children: AJ (5), Caleb (2) and Nora-Claire (6 months).
