Aaron,

This is a pretty good list here. I have used a lot of these tools as well and personally recommend them to our small business clients. If you are looking to reduce expenses or streamline your processes, these are worth considering.

Wordpress is a wonderful tool that every small business should at least be familiar with. We can not stress enough the importance of using blogs for business.

I also think it is important to reiterate the importance of securely backing up company data. Mozy is an affordable option but I ended up using Jungle Disk which helps you take advantage of Amazon's S3 Service. I think we pay less than $6.00 a month with company wide back up and two user accounts.

One more suggestion - use Google Alerts to stay on top of your competition and industry news.
