WordPress is a wonderful tool that every small business should at least be familiar with. We can not stress enough the importance of using blogs for business.

I also think it is important to reiterate the importance of securely backing up company data. Mozy is an affordable option but I ended up using Jungle Disk which helps you take advantage of Amazon’s S3 Service. I think we pay less than $6.00 a month with company wide back up and two user accounts.

One more suggestion – use Google Alerts to stay on top of your competition and industry news.
