Lime Street to Open This Afternoon

As I pulled into the Chamber from Lunch, I noticed that the City of Lakeland crew was hard at work putting the finishing touches on what i believe is called the Phase 2 of the Lime Street 2 way project. I walked over to the guys and asked the supervisor when it was to open and he emphatically told me, ‘This afternoon if I can get this paint down.’
